San Rafael, popularly known as the “City with a Mission,” is saturated in historical landmarks and beautiful scenery. The community, named after Archangel Raphael, the Angel of Healing, was founded in 1817. San Rafael is known for its eclectic buildings, as shown in its large, upscale homes.
